What it costs

£325 per month (+ VAT)

Google Adwords click costs are additional and depend on client needs and budget. Typically, allow £50-100 per month initially, which is usually enough to generate 250-500 highly targeted potential customers to your website each month.

Clients only have to provide one month's notice to stop using Custwin Gold, although we do expect clients to initially commit to a three month period.

Results you should expect

It's in our interests to demonstrate a fast return on investment from the Custwin Gold service. This means that our fees plus the costs of clicks (paid to Google) are expected to gain a profit level that far exceeds that return on investment. If it didn't then you wouldn't be paying us month after month. It's also worth noting that the expertise we initially put into new clients far exceeds the financial return for us - this means that it's in our interests to provide the best possible results and so ensure clients want to pay us month after month.

As an example of gaining results, if allowing £100 of clicks plus the Custwin fee of £325, that's a total of £425 in a month. Each business sector is different but a business consultant charging out at £450 per day only has to make one sale during the month to be in profit. If clicks cost them 50p each and £100 brings them 200 clicks then clearly they'd be getting a lot more than one sale out of those 200 clicks. If a company had lower margins on sales (e.g. £25 profit per item sold) then they would need 17 sales to recoup the £425 investment during the month. If their clicks were also 50p each on average then 17 sales out of 200 clicks should be easily beatable.

Expected results from clicks vary considerably between industry types but in the first instance you should contact us for free advice about how many clicks you could expect for your click costs allowance each month, and how much business those clicks should convert into.

In some instances we would advise against using PPC advertising (and would recommend other options) because those industry sectors are too competitive. As an example, most of the advertisers that appear in Google under 'insurance' type phrases will be making losses on each customer they gain but will recoup that if they keep the customer for a few years. This isn't an investment strategy we recommend.
