No client starts on Custwin Platinum. Existing clients can upgrade to Platinum level for an additional £100 per month - a total of £375 (+VAT) per month. Custwin Platinum clients gain more of our time and expertise, which results in even higher results than clients on Custwin Gold.
Custwin Platinum is for you if you are are already benefiting from the Custwin Gold service and you want to significantly boost your online visibility and sales. Upgrading from a Custwin Gold client to a Custwin Platinum client means that you're effectively spending an extra £100 per month in exchange for more Custwin time to take your online presence forwards in more directions.
Custwin Gold clients will be provided with recommendations of further options that will boost online visibility and the ability of their websites to convert visitors into buyers. Indeed, as part of the Custwin Gold service, clients will be able to implement some of the recommendations without needing to upgrade to Custwin Platinum.
So where's the value in Custwin Platinum?
Full success from websites comes from so much more than ensuring traffic goes through to the website and that the traffic converts to enquiries and sales. There comes a time when clients will benefit from more Custwin time invested. For example, there may become a deeper interest in:
In short, each client gets to the stage where there becomes a bigger interest in bringing in even more traffic to the website and getting a higher return on investment from that traffic. Because that requires more time investment, the natural upgrade path is to Custwin Platinum.
Custwin Platinum isn't an offering that companies can subscribe to in the early days of a client-Custwin relationship because there is so much
that needs to be achieved within Custwin Gold first of all. For those clients signed up to Custwin Platinum though, the benefits of the extra
strategic time investment show through in the form of much higher levels of business that eclipse the extra investment cost.

Because Custwin Platinum clients have upgraded from Custwin Gold, the extra costs of Google click costs will already have proven their worth and they will continue to be incorporated into the Custwin Platinum service.
Clients only have to provide one month's notice to stop using Custwin Platinum and if required, can downgrade again to Custwin Gold.
Custwin Platinum is the highest level of service we provide and so the highest return on investment should be expected.
Results will build on the results gained as a Custwin Gold client and you'll already be used to gaining results from the website that far outstrip the monthly investment. Each client has a few particular areas that they want to further exploit as part of Custwin Platinum. Some may be more interested in capitalising on social media networks whereas others may be more interested in competitor analysis and the recommendations to beat those competitors. What every Custwin Platinum client gets though is the same top level service from Custwin that keeps taking them forwards.
We have been asked the question of "what happens if you have two clients in the same industry sector and one is a Custwin Gold client and the other is a Custwin Platinum client?". The answer to this is simple:
