Expectations from the client are ongoing responses and actions to recommendations, documented in email.

In the unlikely event that clients don't benefit as expected, within the first three months, having closely followed the advice of Custwin, and on the provision that the fees have been paid within the payment due time periods, then Custwin will return the full fees without any debate.

In the event that the client has not followed recommendations or responded to communication from Custwin, then the guarantee is invalidated.
